Screenshot Hero is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which governs the app. The points below explain how the app's own services work alongside it.

Cloud AI

• Cloud AI is optional and used only with your permission. Without it, the app sorts on your iPhone alone.
• AI can be wrong. Cards suggest an action; you see it and confirm it before anything is added to Calendar, Reminders, Maps or another app. Check dates, amounts and codes against the original screenshot before you rely on them.
• Allowances (Free: 5 screenshots and 1 note tidy a day; Monthly: 2,000 screenshots and 500 note tidies a calendar month) cover screenshots and notes sent to the cloud AI. Past them, your iPhone keeps sorting on its own. We may limit unusual or automated use to keep the service working for everyone.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription, charged to your Apple Account. It renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• Own Key is a one-time purchase. With it, the app sends text straight from your iPhone to the AI provider you choose, with your own API key, under your agreement with that provider, who bills you for what the key uses.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your photos

The app never deletes photos by itself. Removing images always needs your review in the app and the system's own confirmation, and removed images go to the Photos album Recently Deleted, where you can recover them for 30 days.
